Delivery within South Africa

We deliver nationwide by courier. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay; orders above the free-delivery amount shown in the cart ship free. Delivery fees include VAT.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared, normally within 1 to 2 business days. Courier delivery then typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your area. These are estimates, not guarantees, and remote areas can take longer. You will see your order status and tracking number on your order page.

Collection

Choose collection at checkout to pick up your order in Cape Town at no charge. We will confirm the address and a time with you once your order is ready.

Receiving your parcel

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If it is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and let us know within 48 hours so we can sort it out. See Returns & Refunds.

We currently deliver within South Africa only.
