Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made through honexa.co.za from Honexa, Cape Town, South Africa. They are in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 (ECTA), which nothing here limits.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may correct a price that was clearly displayed in error; if we do, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by displaying an order number and reference after checkout. Stock is reserved for you when you place the order.
Payment
- Card / instant EFT (PayFast): your order is marked paid once PayFast confirms the payment. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
- Manual EFT: pay into the bank account shown on your order page using your order number as the reference. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 5 days.
- Pay on collection: where offered, pay when you collect. Orders not collected are cancelled after 7 days.
When an order is cancelled, the reserved stock is released. We dispatch goods once payment has cleared.
Delivery and collection
See our Delivery page. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we receive full payment; the risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or collected.

Product information
We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and manufacturers may change specifications. Stock levels are shown live, but in the rare case an item cannot be supplied we will contact you and refund any payment in full.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Honexa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We remain liable where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, including for goods that are defective or unsafe under the CPA.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
